Our facility is based on a model of holistic integration with a tem approach. We incorporate nutritional counseling, massage therapy, daily Pilates and Yoga classes, facials and waxing, complete health education, stress management and reatil products augmenting a health lifestyle. These are a few of the individualized services helping to make Verve the coolest and most client-oriented fitness location in the Pittsburgh area. As a complement to conventional medical treatment, we also offer integrative therapies.
